You might experience time-out errors while using different modules of SAS Marketing Operations Management. Such modules include Data Transfer in Marketing Workbench, Ad hoc report exports, Strategic Planner for Plan and Activity entities, Approvals, Claims, Offer Management, and Digital Library.
You might see the following exception in the INSTR Thread log file:
< EXCEPTIONTYPE >SqlException< /EXCEPTIONTYPE >< EXCEPTION >< MESSAGE >Timeout expired.
