Problem Note 53319: Having different Production and Design tables in SAS® Digital Marketing might result in incorrect variables being used
In SAS Digital Marketing, having different Production and Design tables might result in incorrect variables being used. This problem might occur when you create content for a broadcast in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio. If the Production Recipient type list is a SAS Customer Intelligence export definition, it is not possible to use this as the Design table. You need to use a separate JDBC table or distribution list as the Design Recipient type list.
Note that care should be taken when you design the broadcast to use variables from the Design table that match those of the Production SAS Customer Intelligence export definition. If the ADDRESS variable is incorrect, the broadcast will fail to execute.
When you create content in SAS Digital Marketing Studio, you do not have the option to choose a separate Design table, so this issue is not present.
