Problem Note 52012: Tables and mappings in the SQL Set Operators transformation disappear after execution of the Orphaned Job Metadata tool

The Orphaned Job Metadata tool incorrectly deletes valid metadata defined on the Set Operators tab under Properties for the Set Operators transformation. When this deletion occurs, the Set Operators transformation is flagged as incomplete. The result is that the SAS® Data Integration Studio job is no longer able to generate code or execute.
Once the metadata has been removed by the tool, the only way to recover the lost metadata is by restoring the job from a backup or by redefining the deleted content.
Note: The Orphaned Job Metadata tool is one of the tools available in Metadata Analysis/Repair Tools under the Metadata Manager plug-in in SAS® Management Console.
