Installation Note 51987: Content is missing from e-mails when SAS® Marketing Operations Management and SAS® Digital Marketing Integration settings are not set
When a new broadcast is created in SAS Digital Marketing, the content for the e-mails in the broadcast can be based on a SAS Marketing Operations Management template.
If a SAS Digital Marketing broadcast is created with content that is based on a SAS Marketing Operations Management template and the Integration settings are incomplete (for example, values for Name/IP, Virtual Directory, and UNC Path Of Server fields are empty), when the e-mails are opened in an e-mail client, the content might be missing.
To check whether the SAS Marketing Operations Management and SAS Digital Marketing Integration settings are complete, log on to SAS Marketing Operations Management as an administrator. Select Administration ► Integration Toolkit ► Digital Marketing toolkit ► Edit Configuration.
