Problem Note 5994: Using a PREIMAGE= specification and STARTPAGE= with ODS PRINTER causes
errors
Use of PREIMAGE= to request an image on a TITLE statement, within a
STYLE definition in PROC TEMPLATE, or within an inline STYLE
specification in other procedures may lead to system specific errors
when used in conjunction with ODS PRINTER. Specifically, if the
STARTPAGE= option is specified on the ODS PRINTER statement to initiate
a pagebreak (STARTPAGE=NOW) or prevent it (STARTPAGE=NO, NEVER, or OFF),
the errors are likely to occur.
