Usage Note 5884: Strategic Vision fails in SBCS when using the functions KSUBSTRB and
KLENGTH
Strategic Vision needs to call the KSUBSTRB and KLENGTH functions in
both single-byte and double-byte versions of Release 8.2. Currently
these function do not work in the single-byte version.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 for this
