Problem Note 5851: Certain DBCS characters prevent RTF files from being opened by Microsoft

Certain DBCS characters prevent RTF files generated with ODS RTF from
being opened by Microsoft Word. This problem occurs in the DBCS release
only.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 (with
Asian Language Support) for this issue is available at:
