Problem Note 5850: DBCS characters may not display properly when using ODS RTF
Font table entries in the RTF file created by ODS do not include a font
face name in the DBCS release. This causes problems in the DBCS release
because the DBCS characters are not displayed correctly. By default, the
RTF reader selects an English font face and it cannot display the DBCS
character.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 (with
