Values appearing to the right of an ACROSS variable may be shifted
further right if all of the following conditions are true for any given
row.

   1) a numeric computed variable is requested under an ACROSS and
   2) the last grouping under the ACROSS has all missing values
      for that row and
   3) at least one column to the right of the ACROSS data comes from
      the input data set

Each missing computed variable value under the last grouping of the
ACROSS variable will result in shifting all remaining columns
contributed from the input data set to the right by a column. Zeros fill
in the columns left by the shift. Additionally, for each occurrence of
the shift, a valid value is lost on the rightmost column contributed
from the input data set.

In some cases, the resulting zeros cause a DIVIDE BY ZERO warning if the
values are used as the denominator in a division operation.
