Problem Note 5692: PROC NLIN may give a Floating Point Zero Divide error with a BOUNDS
PROC NLIN may terminate with:
Error: Floating Point Zero Divide.
when there is an active bound. To circumvent the problem, specify the
NOPRINT option on the PROC NLIN statement.
