Problem Note 5665: Using the NO_TOP_MATTER suboption with either the ODS MARKUP or ODS XML
statements generates errors
In release 8.2 of the SAS System, the ODS MARKUP and ODS XML statements
are experimental. When the NO_TOP_MATTER suboption (or its NOTOP alias)
is specified in conjunction with either the FILE= or BODY= option on an
ODS MARKUP or an ODS XML statement, the following error is generated
incorrectly.
ERROR: Event Stack Underflow. This is probably caused by mis-matched
begin and end event calls.
If the NO_TOP_MATTER suboption is used in conjunction with the PAGE=
option, a system specific abend may occur instead of the above error.
