Problem Note 5374: Pull-down menus in SAS Display Manager on OS/390 may be affected by
European locales
In release 8.2, when the LOCALE= system option is specified at
invocation and is used in conjunction with the language-appropriate
SASHELP media, the pmenu text may be corrupted. One or more choices on
the pull-down menu may be replaced with an '@' (the at sign). The
underlying actions associated with the affected menu choices will still
behave appropriately.
