Problem Note 5256: Column headers may wrap incorrectly when generating output with the ODS
RTF destination
Column headers may wrap when generating output with the ODS RTF
destination. This happens when a column header is larger than the width
of the cell. The problem occurs due to incorrect measurement of the
column header in the RTF destination.
