Problem Note 48678: Opening SAS® Marketing Automation campaigns that belong to a campaign group causes a loading error with all campaigns in that group
When attempting to open campaigns that belong to a campaign group, you might receive the following error:
The campaign group ( ) information associated with member campaign could not be loaded.
The SASmarketingautomationcore.log file might contain the following error:
ERROR com.sas.analytics.crm.util.SystemCheck - Error creating campaign group instance for session:
This problem is caused by the campaign group containing a corrupted campaign. You might not be able to open the group or any campaigns within the group. You should try to repair the corrupted campaign using the repair option in the SAS® Management Console Campaign Utilities.
If repairing the campaign is not successful, a possible workaround is to re-create the corrupted campaign manually and store this in a new folder. Then use the Save As function on this new campaign to overwrite the corrupted campaign in the original location. Ignore the warning messages. After replacing the campaign, the campaign group can be opened once more. Ignore the warning message indicating that the campaign has a missing Read access. Remove this campaign from the campaign group and again add the newly saved campaign. Save the campaign group. The campaign group and the campaigns should then be usable.
