Drop the jar  in the folder sas.analytics.crm.ciutilities.extra.jar into {SASHOME}/SASCustomerIntelligenceUtilities/5.4.
Run the ci utilities tool like this to examine the metadata:

sasciutils_console -userid sasadm@saspw -password (password) -useraction FixCalculatedItemFolders -server (SAS Metadata Tier Hostname or IP address)
	
If necessary, change the command line as instructed and re-run the tool.

Running the utility without an options will examine the metdata:
C:\Program Files\SAS\SASCustomerIntelligenceUtilities\5.4>sasciutils_console.exe -userid sasadm@saspw -password Orion123 -useraction FixCalculatedItemFolders 
-server localhost
Folder Calculated Items-HNL3MBE13XGOMAAA has parent Repaired Objects
  Not reparing, pass -delete to repair the parent folder reference
Folder Calculated Items-PLUSRPH1ALIPEAAA has parent Repaired Objects
  Not reparing, pass -delete to repair the parent folder reference


Running the utility with opion -delete will repair the metadata:
C:\Program Files\SAS\SASCustomerIntelligenceUtilities\5.4>sasciutils_console.exe -userid sasadm@saspw -password Orion123 -useraction FixCalculatedItemFolders 
-server localhost -delete
