Usage Note 44998: A published package that contains a PDF file cannot be directly attached to e-mail
When you use the SAS Publishing Framework feature of SAS® Integration Technologies to publish a package to a channel, you can transport that package in either of the following ways:
- by rendering the package contents into HTML
- by attaching the package directly to an e–mail message
However, if you insert a PDF file into the published package, that package cannot be attached directly to an e–mail message.
