Usage Note 44044: Including page numbers, total page count, and dates in SAS Report output in SAS® Enterprise Guide®
In order to include page numbers, total page count, and dates in the header (or footer) of each page of a SAS Report, follow these steps:
- Generate a SAS Report result.
- Select File ► New ► Report.
- Drag the SAS Report results to the Report Layout window, and then click OK.
- Click the Page Setup tab.
- Click the Header and Footer tab.
- Click the right arrow beside the Header or Footer element to see the list of macro variables that can be used. Select your preferred option, and then click OK.
For example, Page &p of &P can be used to display Page 1 of 10.
- Click Page View to see how the macro variables resolve.
