Problem Note 43158: An error occurs when you use an SCD Type 2 loader to update a database management system table using explicit pass-through processing
When you attempt to update a database management system table using explicit pass-through in the SCD Type 2 loader, the following error occurs:
ERROR: Execute error: ICommand::Execute failed. : The COMMIT TRANSACTION request
has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION.
The error is caused by an unnecessary COMMIT statement in the explicit pass-through code.
You can work around this issue by setting Use SQL Passthru: to No in the Database Options section of the Options tab of SCD Type 2 Loader properties.
