Problem Note 42989: You are unable to map the second instance of a column when you join a table with itself via aliases in SAS® Data Integration Studio
When you use an SQL Join transformation to join a table with itself via aliases, a mapping error occurs. You are unable to map the same column from each source-aliased table to the unique target column.
After you drag the line from the source to the target, defining an expression, the warning icon
disappears and the code generates correctly.
After you close and reopen the Select object, the line disappears and the warning icon returns to the target column.
