Problem Note 41101: The promote_scenarios macro fails when you use MySQL
The macro promote_scenarios might fail when you use MySQL. When this happens, the following error messages display:
ERROR: A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or %IF condition
where a numeric operand is required. The condition was: next_sequence_id + 9
ERROR: Execute error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual
that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use
near '' at line 1
