Problem Note 40988: You cannot log on to SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 4.2 after upgrading from SAS Anti-Money Laundering 4.1
When you upgrade from SAS Anti-Money Laundering 4.1 to SAS Anti-Money Laundering 4.2, a problem occurs that prevents you from logging on to the later release. You might see an error like one of the following:
An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the
application has been notified.
AntiMoneyLaunderingInvestUI 4.2 - Business Unit Name does not exist.
The problem occurs because, during the upgrade process, spaces are lost from
Business Unit Name.
To work around this problem, do the following in SAS® Management Console.
Rename the entries for the SAS Anti-Money Laundering Investigation User Interface as shown below, adding a space both before and after Unit:
Rename from this: AntiMoneyLaunderingInvestUI 4.2 - BusinessUnitName
To this:
AntiMoneyLaunderingInvestUI 4.2 - Business Unit Name
