Problem Note 40648: 'Log on failed due to unknown error' when creating a SAS® Financial Management Operational Planning form template using Microsoft Excel 2003
When creating an Operational Planning form template in SAS Financial Management release 5.1, you might encounter the following error if you have Microsoft Excel 2003 installed:
