Problem Note 4914: I/O Errors on UNIX encountered due to out of space conditions
An out of space condition that is encountered when writing to a utility
file may result in an error similiar to the following:
ERROR: An I/O error has occurred on file WORK.'#tf0004'n.UTILITY.
To circumvent the problem, either create more free space in the work
library or direct the work library to a location with more free space.
This can be done at invocation:
sas -work /big/disk &
This message will be updated in a future release of the SAS System to
better indicate that the problem is due to a lack of disk space.
