Problem Note 4892: Long encrypted message can cause errors in spawner
When a client tries to send a long encrypted message to the spawner,
the spawner does not get all of the message in one read operation. The
spawner does not handle this situation properly, and typically
produces an error when it attempts to decrypt the message.
