Problem Note 4756: ODS RTF and ODS PRINTER may take a long time to process
SAS code which utilizes the RTF or PRINTER options on an ODS statement
may take a long time to process. The output may take minutes rather than
seconds to generate. Output is produced successfully, but it requires
much more time than expected. This may give the mistaken impression that
the SAS session needs to be interrupted or terminated.
The problem occurs only on Windows platforms.
