Problem Note 4660: Library used by DATA step view executing on SAS/SHARE Server remains
locked
When a DATA step view runs on a SAS/SHARE server and accesses a
permanent SAS data set, the libref associated with the data set cannot
be reassigned until the calling SAS task has terminated. For example,
if you are running a PROC SQL step which references a DATA step view
that accesses a permanent SAS data set, the libref associated with
that data set cannot be cleared or reassigned until the SQL step has
ended.
