Problem Note 4629: RC=0 incorrectly issued when running out of directory space writing
to PDS
In Version 8 of the SAS System, a step that runs out of directory
space when writing to a Partitioned Data Set (PDS) incorrectly
terminates with a return code (RC) of zero. The SAS Log contains the
following mesage:
