Problem Note 4010: Cannot access Version 8 PDB via SAS/SHARE server
Attempting to access a Version 8 PDB in IT Service Vision (ITSV) using
the %CPSTART macro with SHARE= option results in the following errors:
ERROR: Unable to load CLASS entry UDUSROPT.CLASS.
ERROR: Invalid class list in INSTANCE (no _METHODS_ and/or no _IV_
sublists).
or
ERROR: Write access to member SITELIB._CPTMP__.DATA is denied.
To circumvent the problem, set the DISP= parameter to SHR.
