Usage Note 39018: SAS Solutions Performance installation might give a BUILD FAILED error

During the installation of SAS Performance Solutions (SAS® Financial Management, SAS® Strategic Performance Management, SAS® Human Capital Management), configuration might fail with the following error:

The problem occurs when remote services take too long to start. To work around the problem, edit the script definition file "mysqldbs_config.xml" and increase the sleep-time wait value.
The "mysqldbs_config.xml" file is contained in the install directory. For example:
D:\Program Files\SAS\SASDeploymentManager\9.2\products\cfgwizard__92310__prt__xx__sp0__1\mysqldbs\Config
Change the sleep-time wait value ( <sleep seconds="2" /> ) from 2 to 60, and then re-run SAS® Configuration Manager.
