Problem Note 36436: "xxxxxx is not accessible" when selecting a recently opened file on the SAS® Web Report Studio Welcome page
On the SAS Web Report Studio Welcome page, when you select a recently opened report or information map, you might see an error that is similar to the following:
Shoe Sales Report is not accessible. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
Typically, this error occurs when the report or information map has been deleted by using SAS® Management Console.
When you click OK in the message box, the behavior depends on whether you attempted to open a report or an information map.
- If you selected a report, then the report is removed from the list of recently opened files.
- If you selected an information map, then the information map remains on the list until the number of items added to the list causes the deleted information map to drop off.
If you delete the report from within SAS Web Report Studio, then the report is automatically removed from the recently opened files list.
