Problem Note 34587: CALL EIGEN in the IML Procedure might modify the input matrix
The CALL EIGEN routine creates a set of symmetric coefficients that is based internally on the input matrix when calculating the eignevalues. If the routine encounters a pair of coefficients that are nearly equal, then it will change the input matrix permanently.
