Target folder permissions are not enforced when performing a metadata Check In using SAS^® Data Integration Studio Change Management. The result is that content including jobs, tables, folders, or libraries can be added to a parent repository, even when the user has been explicitly denied write metadata permissions.

This problem surfaces only when the user has Check In Metadata permissions at the repository level, but has been denied Check In Metadata permissions to particular folders within the parent repository.
