Problem Note 33513: E-mail recipients can change the destination Web site of any tracked URLs
SAS® Digital Marketing lets you place tracked links in any e-mail broadcast. The links redirect the recipient to a specific Web site.
However, it is possible for the e-mail recipient to change the destination Web site.
For example:
From:
http://www.company.com/bess/redir?path=http://www.sas.com
To:
http://www.company.com/bess/redir?path=http://any.site.com
To disable this function you need to modify the Web.xml file that relates to the BESS.WAR file. For every instance of the param-value redir_disabled in this file, add the param-value true
