Usage Note 33359: SAS® Enterprise Guide® Expiration Dates
SAS Enterprise Guide software has a built-in expiration date, which is generally five to six years after it has been released. The software expires on the following dates:
SAS Enterprise Guide 2.05: December 1, 2008
SAS Enterprise Guide 2.1: December 1, 2008
SAS Enterprise Guide 3.02: December 1, 2009
SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1: December 1, 2010
SAS Enterprise Guide 4.2: December 1, 2015
SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3: December 1, 2020
If SAS Enterprise Guide has expired, you will receive the following message, beginning on the day of expiration:

Select the
Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue for SAS Enterprise Guide 3.0 and 4.1. Note the following:
- Applying the hot fix for SAS Enterprise Guide 3.0 changes the expiration date to December 1, 2014.

Applying the hot fix for SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1 changes the expiration date to December 1, 2015.
