Problem Note 3983: "Failed to Execute MDX Query" error when attempting to open a cube using SAS®

The following error may be received when attempting to open a cube using
Enterprise Guide Verion 1.1 and SAS Version 8.1:
Failed to Execute MDX Query
This will most likely occur when using Enterprise Guide to access cubes
on a SAS 8.1 server on MVS.
