Problem Note 3971: Problem with incremental update using PROC MDDB when specifying VMEMSIZE
If you perform an incremental update while specifying the VMEMSIZE=
option on the PROC MDDB statement in SAS/MDDB Server software, you may
receive the following message in the log:
WARNING: End of file.
The input MDDB specified on the IN= option will not be affected.
However, the MDDB you are trying to update that is specified on the OUT=
option will not get written out successfully and will be unusable.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.1 TSLEVEL TS1M0 for this
issue is available at:

This problem is corrected in Release 8.2 TSLEVEL 2M0 and beyond.
