Problem Note 3748: SAS for OS/2 uses codepage 437 when it's set to codepage 850
When the IBM OS/2 codepage is set to 850, codepage 437 is used instead.
This causes some of the Danish characters to be displayed improperly.
'9b'x and '9d'x are two that are incorrectly displayed.
This problem is corrected in Release 8.2 TSLEVEL 2M0 and beyond.
