Problem Note 3612: Performance enhancements made to the MDDB Report Viewer
In an effort to improve performance for the MDDB Report Viewer component
of SAS/INTRNET, there have been some new broker variables added for use
by MDDB Report Viewer in Release 8.2 TS2M0 of the SAS System.
These variables are:
_MRNOREACHTHRU - Disable reachthru to detail data. Default is on.
A non-blank value prevents reachthru links from being generated.
Note: Reachthru can also be turned off with ACL.
_MRNODIMBOXES - Remove Down and Across Dimension selection boxes.
A non-blank value removes these selection boxes from the report.
Default is on.
_MRNOVARCHECK - Determines whether or not down and across class
combinations are validated. This is turned on by default.
A non-blank value turns off variable checking. Default is on.
Note: This should only be used by experienced users.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.1 TSLEVEL TS1M0 for this
issue is available at:
http://www.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/81_sbcs_prod_list.html#003612
This problem is corrected in Release 8.2 TSLEVEL 2M0 and beyond.
