Problem Note 3202: PROC TTEST incorrectly computes many weighted statistics
PROC TTEST incorrectly computes the standard deviation, upper and
lower confidence limits for the standard deviation, upper and lower
confidence limits for the mean, standard error, t-statistic and p-value
of the t-statistic when there is a WEIGHT statement.
PROC MEANS, PROC GLM or PROC MIXED can be used to correctly calculate
these weighted statistics.
