Problem Note 20940: SPD Server STARJOIN produces incorrect results with short key variables
The SPD Server STARJOIN facility may produce incorrect results when
used with numeric key variables defined with a length less than the
default of 8 bytes. Symptoms include fewer rows than expected being
returned.
To circumvent this problem, define all numeric key variables with
the default length of 8 bytes.
This problem will be corrected in a future release of SPD Server
software.
