Usage Note 20939: SAS® OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise Guide® does not prompt for user ID and password upon launch
When SAS OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise Guide is launched, a
Connecting window that contains the text, "Connecting to
sascloud.sas.com" should appear. The Connecting window is followed by
the Credentials Required window, where you must enter the user ID and
password in order to connect to the SAS cloud. If the Credentials
Required window does not appear when you launch SAS OnDemand for
Academics: Enterprise Guide, delete the file located by default in the
following directory, then relaunch the software:
C: Documents and Settings<your userid>Application Data/SAS/SAS Directory Services/SDSConfig4acd.xml
If the Credentials Required window still does not appear, then go to the
following URL to reset your password:
http://support.sas.com/ctx/sodareg/logon.html
Delete the SDSConfig4acd.xml file again and relaunch the software.
