Problem Note 20573: Job flow gets broken into multiple pieces when you remove a transformation directly above a SAS® splitter
If your job definition contains a SAS® splitter transform and you modify
the job by removing the transformation that precedes the SAS® splitter,
the job log gets separated into two pieces at this location. The
result is the loss of all mappings and derived column definitions under
SAS® Splitter properties.
