Problem Note 20359: Variable labels that contain multi-byte character set strings do not
split correctly
In the listing destination, variable labels that include DBCS or UTF8
strings will not split correctly. This will affect any procedures that
use labels in the output such as Base SAS®, SAS/GRAPH®, and SAS/STAT®
procedures.
This does not affect the other destinations such as HTML, RTF, or PDF.
