Problem Note 2584: PROC CAPABILITY outputs incorrect weighted quantiles
When WEIGHT and OUTPUT statements are used in PROC CAPABILITY and the
PCTLPTS= option is specified on the OUTPUT statement, the OUT= data set
will contain the default weighted quantiles (0.01, 0.05, 0.10, etc.)
regardless of the quantile values requested with the PCTLPTS= option.
The output quantile variable names are still generated according the
PCTLPTS= and PCTLPRE= options on the OUTPUT statement, but the values
are incorrect.
To circumvent this problem, use PROC UNIVARIATE instead of PROC
CAPABILITY.
