Usage Note 2389: When bannerType is set to None, pmenu assigned in SCL may not display
If you are assigning a pmenu to a SAS/AF FRAME entry at runtime in the
frame's SCL entry, the pmenu may not display. This may occur if the
bannerType attribute is set to None and the pmenuEntry attribute is left
blank in the property sheet for the frame.
To circumvent the problem, either change the banner type to COMMAND or
SELECT, or assign a default pmenu entry.
