Problem Note 19438: SASĀ® initialization ends abnormally with an 0C4 error when PCCA moves above the 16M line under Release 1.9 z/OS
A new PARMLIB option under z/OS Release 1.9 enables you to move the PCCA
or the LCCA control blocks above the 16M line. This can cause an 0C4
error to occur during initialization of the SAS System.
Fixes for this problem are available for SAS 6.09 and SAS 8.2. SAS 9
is not affected by this change.
