Problem Note 19281: PROC CIMPORT fails when the transport file is a member of an uncataloged
partitioned data set
If you run PROC CIMPORT against a transport file that is a member of an
uncataloged partitioned data set, you will see the following error
message:
ERROR: Physical file does not exist, PDS.DATASET.NAME.
This problem can be circumvented by cataloging the PDS.
