Usage Note 18084: Formula references to unnecessary dimensions impacts performance
In SAS Financial Management 4.2, you are able to create formulas that contain references to dimensions that are not needed to compute the formula. Extra dimension references might negatively affect performance. An option has been added to allow suppression of the dimension(s) from formula processing.
