Problem Note 18967: Using the Navigation tool in the SASĀ® Add-In for Microsoft Office creates a new Microsoft Excel worksheet
The SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office creates a new Excel worksheet when
you use the navigation tool on output data to scroll to additional
observations in the output data set. This problem can occur in the following situation:
- You select SAS ► Options ►Data and the Number of records to display value is less than the number for the output data set.
- You use the output from a task to save results to a data set.
To circumvent this problem, set Number of records to display on the
Data tab to a larger value than that of the output data set. Then all of the records will appear on one worksheet.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the
hot fix for this issue.
