Problem Note 18609: Using the 'Look In' drop-down list in the Open SAS® Data Source dialog
box can cause the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office to stall
The SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office can stall (hang up) or freeze when
you select SAS => Open Data Source => Into Worksheet and then use the
'Look In' drop-down list that appears in the Open SAS Data Source dialog
box.
This behavior can happen when you use the 'Look In' drop-down list to
browse folders in the dialog box or after looking at subfolders in the
same directory.
To prevent this problem, use the folder structure in the middle of the
dialog box or the 'Up One Level' icon from the toolbar.
